Responsabilidades:

  • Assistência Técnica: Prestar assistência direta ao cliente em questões de manutenção, resolução de problemas e questões técnicas decorrentes das operações diárias. Dar suporte à operação de equipamentos de apoio em solo, ao uso de ferramentas ou outros equipamentos. Realizar investigações de acidentes/incidentes e outras investigações técnicas. Apoiar o cliente com publicações técnicas e consultas técnicas ao centro de atendimento ao cliente do detentor da Certificação Técnica (TC). Oferecer orientação para minimizar o tempo de inatividade não programado (NFF). Realizar análises de confiabilidade. Relatar dados técnicos/operacionais. Prestar serviço de plantão. Atuar como primeiro ponto de contato em caso de AOG técnico. Apoiar a organização de logística da Airbus DS em questões relacionadas à configuração da aeronave. 
  • Treinamento: Realizar treinamento prático para o cliente.
  • Supervisão das atividades de manutenção de aeronaves: Gerenciar a programação e o planejamento das atividades de manutenção, tanto eventos de manutenção contratados quanto atividades de manutenção de linha sob a responsabilidade do cliente. Assegurar a coordenação adequada com a organização de logística da Airbus DS. Acompanhar os eventos de manutenção para atingir as metas de oToCoQ. Atuar como ponto de contato para o cliente final, especificamente no que diz respeito a relatórios de eventos, revisão de O&A, preparação de propostas e gerenciamento de consultas. Realizar gestão de riscos. Revisar registros de manutenção.
  • Suporte à Engenharia de Manutenção e Gestão de Frota: Atuar como ponto de contato local com o cliente para atividades relacionadas à aeronavegabilidade contínua e gestão de frota. Controlar a aeronavegabilidade contínua da frota do cliente. Acompanhar a disponibilidade e o desempenho da frota. Impulsionar a melhoria contínua do Programa de Manutenção da Operadora. Analisar toda a documentação de engenharia, como ADs, SBs, VSBs, modificações, ordens de engenharia, SIL e AOT. Garantir o controle da configuração da aeronave. Controlar os registros técnicos.

Requisitos:

  • Formação e Licenciamento: Graduação em Engenharia e/ou Engenheiro Licenciado com qualificação específica para A330-200/300 Trent 700. Licença EASA Categoria ‘C’ habilitada para A330.
  • Experiência: Sólida experiência em trabalhos de manutenção e atuando como representante técnico de ligação na frota Airbus.
  • Idiomas: Nível avançado de português e inglês; espanhol é uma vantagem.
  • Regulamentação: Conhecimento de regulamentações aeronáuticas, tais como EASA/EMAR Parte M, Parte 145 e a Regulamentação Nacional de Aeronavegabilidade do Cliente.
  • Mobilidade: Disponibilidade para viajar com frequência.

Responsabilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Provide hands-off customer assistance with maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical problems arising from day-to-day operations. Support the operation of ground support equipment, the use of tools or other equipment. Conduct accident/incident and other technical investigations. Support the customer with technical publications and technical queries to the TC holder's customer care center. Provide advice to minimize NFF. Perform reliability analysis. Report technical/operational data. Provide on-call service. Act as the first point of contact in case of technical AOG. Support Airbus DS logistics organization with aircraft configuration matters. 
  • Training: Perform On-the-Job Training for the customer.
  • Supervision of Aircraft Maintenance Activities: Manage the scheduling and planning of maintenance activities, both contracted maintenance events and line maintenance activities under customer's responsibility. Ensure proper coordination with Airbus DS logistics organization. Follow up on maintenance events to achieve oToCoQ targets. Act as the focal point for the final customer, specifically regarding event reporting, O&A review, offer preparation, and management of queries. Perform risk management. Revise maintenance records.
  • Maintenance Engineering and Fleet Management Support: Act as the local liaison with the customer for continuing airworthiness activities and fleet management. Control the continuing airworthiness of the customer fleet. Follow up on fleet availability and performance. Drive continuous improvement of the Operator Maintenance Programme. Analyze all Engineering Documentation, such as ADs, SBs, VSBs, Modifications, Engineering Orders, SIL, and AOT. Ensure aircraft configuration control. Control technical records.

Requirements:

  • Education & Licensing: Engineering University Degree and/or Licensed Engineer Typed Rated in A330-200/300 Trent 700. EASA License Category 'C' enabled for A330.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in maintenance works and working as a technical representative liaison on Airbus Fleet.
  • Languages: Advanced level of Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Regulations: Knowledge of aeronautics regulations, such as EASA/EMAR Part M, Part 145, and the Customer's National Airworthiness Regulation.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently.

Work location: Rio de Janeiro (Galeão)
Work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:16 p.m.
