The Role

El objetivo de esta posición es cumplir con los objetivos de venta del territorio a su cargo con el fin de posicionar a GSK como un aliado estratégico para la comunidad médica a través de la correcta implementación de la visita médica alineada a la estrategia establecida por Mercadotecnia para la promoción del portafolio de medicinas generales de GSK México, mediante la generación de prescripciones en especialidades target. Búsqueda y capitalización activa de oportunidades de negocio con los diferentes stakeholders del territorio identificados (médicos prescriptores, farmacias, hospitales) para medicinas generales mediante la construcción de planes de negocios.

Tus responsabilidades:

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

  • Contar con el conocimiento científico, médicos y técnicos del portafolio de medicinas generales de GSK y de la competencia para el uso oportuno de la información alineado a las necesidades del cliente y las oportunidades de negocio para lograr convencer que prescriban/recomienden las marcas de GSK en lugar de la competencia

  • Garantizar la ejecución Omnicanal aprovechando el sistema CRM (VEEVA) para ajustar el enfoque de venta basado en interacciones multicanal de acuerdo con las preferencias de los clientes para moverlos en el trayecto de RACE. Garantizando trasmitir los mensajes correctos, en el momento correcto al médico correcto mediante la estrategia omnicanal.

  • Desarrollo, ejecución y seguimiento del plan de negocios del territorio asignado, implementando planes multicanal incluyendo universo de posibilidades de interacciones promocionales (F2F, Group Doctor Meeting) y actividades digitales (emails pre aprobados) para incrementar la participación del portafolio de los medicamentos de GSK en unidades y valores

  • Mantener un fichero médico actualizado con los médicos potenciales y las direcciones actualizadas para la promoción de las marcas incluidas en la parrilla promocional.

  • Identificación de Sociedades Médicas relevantes en el territorio asignado, implementando un plan de trabajo en conjunto con Marketing y Área Médica

  • Participación en Congresos de acuerdo con el calendario establecido en el calendario promocional de los productos incluidos en la parrilla.

  • Grado de estudio universitario titulado en carreras económico - administrativas, biológicas, de la salud o afines

  • Experiencia trabajando en ventas en la industria farmacéutica.

  • Habilidad analítica y trabajo en equipo

  • Enfoque en resultados
