Descripción del Puesto/de la Posición   

Únete a nuestro equipo como Representante de Ventas y se responsable por desarrollar el portafolio de productos de salud femenina en los canales del sector público de salud a nivel nacional. En este rol, Cumplirás los objetivos de venta y generarás nuevas oportunidades de negócio y gestionando las cuentas principales del canal y viendo por si crecimiento contínuo de la mano con el equipo de liderazgo.

Responsabilidades

  • Análisis de información de ventas, prescripciones y mercados para generar estrategias de targeting y segmentación.
  • Realizar planes de acción que impulsen las ventas de sus productos, dependiendo la necesidad de su territorio.
  • Elaboración de presentaciones ejecutivas para la revisión de resultados.
  • Ejecución de las estrategias definidas por marketing.
  • Generación de relaciones a largo plazo con sus clientes y personas clave de su negocio.
  • Identificar oportunidades de nuevos negocios y trabajo en equipo con las diferentes áreas de la compañía.
  • Administrar y ejecutar su presupuesto.
  • Alineación y cumplimiento de Políticas, procesos y KPI´s.
  • Manejo de stakeholders a todo nivel (área usuarias y decisores ) y diseño de estrategias por cuenta clave (Atención primaria y EsSALUD )
  • Coordinación e implementación de capacitaciones del portafolio de productos en sector público de salud (Atención primaria y EsSALUD)

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas   

  • Licenciatura en las carreras de Administración de Empresas, Economía, Marketing o afines. (Titulado)
  • Experiencia en ventas por lo menos 3 años, en rol similar.
  • Sólido entendimiento del sistema de salud del país y ruta de pacientes (Atención primaria y EsSALUD).
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años manejando cuentas en el canal público.

Educación, Experiencia y Habilidades Preferentes

  • Nivel intermedio de inglés deseable, no excluyente.
  • Experiencia en productos de salud femenina es deseable.
  • Buen dominio de Excel y Power Point.
  • Buenas relaciones interpersonales y de comunicación, flexible, orientado al resultado, con buena actitud y energía.
