Principales responsabilités        

Portée :

Le représentant au détail est chargé de la vente et du marchandisage chez les clients qui lui sont attribués. Ses principales responsabilités sont la distribution, la vente et le marchandisage.

Vente et distribution :

  • Suggérer des commandes aux clients, faire des présentations de vente et leur vendre nos programmes.
  • Présenter les feuilles de réservation aux clients et obtenir leur engagement.
  • Maintenir la distribution des produits attribués.
  • Excellence en matière de marchandisage :
  • Veillez à ce que les tablettes soient remplies de tous les produits listés.
  • Réapprovisionner les outils de marchandisage, dont les présentoirs de Mars Canada, et travailler avec les clients dans le but d’obtenir de l’espace pour installer des présentoirs.
  • Utiliser le matériel de P.L.V., le cas échéant.
  • Effectuer  la rotation des produits dans le rayon et l'arrière-boutique pour garantir une qualité et une fraîcheur optimale des produits.

Collecte et intégrité des données :

  • Conserver des données appropriées au moyen  d’une tablette électronique ou sur papier, selon les règles de l’entreprise.

Couverture des visites :

  • Assurer une gestion et une couverture adéquates du territoire en utilisant efficacement le temps et les ressources disponibles.
  • Planifier et organiser son itinéraire conformément au modèle de couverture des visites de l’entreprise, en respectant la fréquence et la durée pour chaque bannière.

Communication et administration :

  • Garder le directeur des ventes de district au courant des activités du territoire.
  • Conserver un stock adéquat d’articles de marchandisage et d’éléments de P.L.V. pertinents.
  • Maintenir à jour le manuel des ventes des représentants au détail avec l'information pertinente.
  • Suivre les procédures de l’entreprise pour le traitement des crédits et des paiements Rapidraft.
  • Lire et comprendre le contenu des documents envoyés par courrier chaque semaine.
     

Projets spéciaux :

  • Pourrait être responsable de soutenir des projets spéciaux pour l’équipe de la vente.

Autres :

  • Toutes les autres tâches et responsabilités qui lui sont attribuées.
  • Suivre toutes les procédures relatives à la qualité et à la sécurité des denrées alimentaires.

  • Capacité d’entreposer du matériel d’étalage et de P.L.V. à un endroit personnel et sécuritaire ne générant aucun coût pour l’entreprise.
  • Motivation personnelle manifeste et capacité de mettre en œuvre un plan de distribution et d’étalage avec une supervision limitée.
  • Capacité de soulever la marchandise (d’un poids de 50 livres tout au plus).
  • Capacité de parcourir environ 100 km en voiture quotidiennement pour effectuer les visites de marchandisage.
  • Capacité d’effectuer des mouvements répétés, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, monter en voiture et en descendre, se pencher, s’appuyer, s’étirer, pousser, tirer et saisir des objets.
  • Capacité d’utiliser des outils manuels tels qu’un couteau Scotty, des pinces, des clés et des tournevis pour assembler des présentoirs.

Autres exigences            

  • Capacité de souscrire à une police d’assurance automobile, ainsi que l’exige l’entreprise.
  • Permis de conduire valide.

What are we looking for?

  • Ability to sell & merchandise leveraging insights, promotional activity, and Retail tools.
  • Strong Relationship Building & Customer Service skills.

  • Comfortable with technology (MS Office, iPad, iPhone etc.)
  • Possession of a valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, drive, sit, stand, walk and kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Flexibility regarding remote work, include potential overnight stays in territories.
  • Must live within territory boundaries.

  • In-person call coverage of Mass, Grocery and Pet Retailers in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong Customer Relationships

  • Selling volume to support promotions and incremental displays.

  • Closing distribution gaps
  • Recording and maintaining accurate data through hand-held device
