As a Field Service Agent, you be responsible for the delivery, basic set up, demonstrations of products and site maintenance of residential audio/video equipment. Provides assistance with deliveries, installation, and clean-up of residential and commercial audio/video equipment and assist with administrative duties. Demonstrating a high level of customer service and professionalism in dealing with clients is at the core of this role.
As a Field Service Agent, you will:
- Support our clients in their homes with the installation of their technology, whether that be Home Theatre or Computing solutions
- Work with clients to determine technology needs
- Provide tutorial services to ensure that our customers can take full advantage of their purchases
- Be an ambassador for the Geek Squad brand through professionalism and outstanding customer service
- Work with stores in a particular market to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of product
