Vos Responsabilités
Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous devrez :
Propulser la croissance des ventes : Effectuer une prospection proactive au sein d'un portefeuille de clients assignés, organiser des rencontres virtuelles et gérer l'intégralité du cycle de vente, de la prise de contact initiale jusqu'à la conclusion, tout en consignant vos activités dans notre CRM (Salesforce).
Bâtir des relations stratégiques : Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des décideurs, comprendre leurs objectifs organisationnels et aligner leurs besoins avec les solutions d'Iron Mountain grâce à une approche de vente consultative.
Assurer la rétention et la conformité : Faciliter le renouvellement des contrats, collaborer avec les équipes de rétention pour protéger les comptes à risque et mener les négociations afin d'obtenir des conditions tarifaires et des ententes de niveau de service (SLA) optimales.
Votre Profil
Le candidat idéal possède :
Bilinguisme essentiel : Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour répondre aux besoins de notre clientèle diversifiée.
Expérience : Plus de 4 ans d'expérience en vente interentreprises (B2B), avec une réussite démontrée dans l'atteinte d'objectifs de performance élevés.
Compétences technologiques : Excellente maîtrise des systèmes CRM (ex. : Salesforce) et des outils de collaboration virtuelle (ex. : Zoom, Teams) pour l'analyse de données et les prévisions de ventes.
Esprit stratégique : Capacité confirmée à mener des négociations complexes, à cerner les besoins des clients et à présenter des solutions personnalisées.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by strategically managing and prospecting a defined portfolio of clients. You will serve as a pillar within our team as we strengthen our presence in the Quebec market, making a direct impact on our regional success.
