Sommaire du poste : Le Représentant Développement Interne joue un rôle essentiel dans la croissance et la fidélisation de notre clientèle industrielle. Agissant comme un pont entre les activités de vente au comptoir et la gestion de comptes plus stratégique, il est responsable d'identifier, de qualifier et de développer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires au sein de notre base de clients existante et potentielle. Ce rôle combine des compétences en vente interne, en service à la clientèle et en développement commercial pour assurer une croissance continue et une satisfaction client accrue. Le titulaire du poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les représentants des ventes internes et les chargés de compte pour maximiser notre présence sur le marché et atteindre nos objectifs de vente.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS:

  • Identifier et qualifier les prospects à fort potentiel.

  • Développer des relations solides avec les clients et comprendre leurs besoins.

  • Gérer les opportunités de vente et préparer des soumissions.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes de vente interne et les chargés de compte.

  • Assurer un excellent service client et effectuer un suivi régulier.

  • Maintenir une documentation précise et produire des rapports.

  • Se tenir informé des produits et des tendances de l'industrie.

Qualifications requises :

  • DEC ou expérience équivalente en ventes ou développement des affaires.

  • Expérience en vente interne ou service client (milieu industriel, un atout).

  • Connaissance des équipements de soudage, outils et fournitures (un atout).

  • Bonnes compétences en communication et négociation.

  • Capacité à établir des relations et à travailler en équipe.

  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et CRM.

Aptitudes et compétences :

  • Orientation client, esprit d'initiative, travail d'équipe, résolution de problèmes.
