As a , Work with Repossession Management by leading a team of Repossession Specialists to ensure the team meets or exceeds their individual and group goals.
- Review Operational SLA's to ensure the repossession team is meeting or exceeding goals.
- Review call logs and repossession order queues.
- Help to maintain a professional working atmosphere among team members.
- Ensure Acertus policies are followed.
- Manage customer service escalations from clients, repossession agents and impound yards.
- Minimum 3 year of experience leading small teams
- Associates degree or equivalent office work experience
- Minimum of 2 years Repossession or Impound experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and other general office equipment.
- Ability to map out processes to gain efficiencies.
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions.
- Organized thinker with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Create and implement employee corrective goal planning.
- Ability to schedule employee time to maintain effective coverage during business hours.
