Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau and Looker)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer (Tableau and Looker) with 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization. The role will focus on building modern reports and dashboards, as well as retrofitting, modernizing, and migrating existing reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker. The position will also involve creating a universal semantic layer and leveraging modern AI capabilities within reporting and visualization tools. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Looker, Python, and modern BI technologies, along with experience using AI-powered development solutions such as Claude Code to support dashboard development, data pipelines, visualizations, databases, and charts.

Description of the Role & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and interactive dashboards.

• Retrofit, modernize, and migrate reports and dashboards from Tableau to Looker.

• Develop and maintain a universal semantic layer.

• Leverage modern AI capabilities available within reporting and BI tools.

• Use AI development solutions such as Claude Code to build dashboards.

• Work with data pipelines, databases, visualizations, and charts.

• Develop data-driven reporting solutions using Python and modern BI technologies.

• Support modernization of existing reporting and visualization solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or related areas.

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.

• Looker experience is mandatory.

• Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.

• Experience with Claude Code, particularly for data pipelines, visualization, databases, and charts.

• Strong Python skills.

• Knowledge of modern BI and reporting technologies.

• Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard development.
