Position Summary:
The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for providing financial analysis and guidance to the Customer Services Department ensuring all programs and activities are in support of business goals and objectives. In addition, this role will require ad hoc reporting, analysis of scheduling and the ability to pull data from multiple sources using multiple methods. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring all programs are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and procedures. Successful candidates must be detail-oriented in nature, have strong organization skills, and the ability to work with diverse personalities within several departments. Other qualities include strong communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to multi-task, as well as the ability to work under strict deadlines and require minimal supervision.
Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with Customer Services team to drive corporate financial commitments
- Calculate agent performance on a daily basis
- Design, develop, and produce reporting processes as needed along with other reports and presentations using Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI and Business Objects
- Prepare & Analyze variance reports such as prior year-to-current year to provide recommendations for improvement and scheduling.
- Develops metrics and ongoing analysis of agent performance compared to established performance
- Assist in providing and validating the accuracy of data
- Other duties as assigned by the Compliance Manager and/or Customer Services Manager
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting or Finance is strongly preferred
- At least 3-5 years experience in a finance-related capacity, collection analysis is a plus
- Must have a strong, working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visual Basic,
- Access, Power BI development experience is preferred
- Prior experience in the trend analysis for a significant divisional or corporate organization.
- Expert in developing reporting tools to streamline day-to-day work
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability: synthesize findings from analysis and draw conclusions
- Skilled in problem resolution and providing best practices solutions
- Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, and data analysis
- Able to identify, manage, and lead business improvement projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels
- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others

The Salary range for this position is $51,700.00 - $83,300.00This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements. Please note that salary is only one component of total rewards at Stanley Black & Decker.
