About this Opportunity:

As an Implementation Specialist you will, lead and manage complex client onboarding engagements, ensuring successful adoption of the Orion platform. This role balances multiple projects, adapts processes to client needs, and drives client satisfaction through proactive risk management and strategic project execution. The specialist serves as a mentor and resource for junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement of onboarding processes. It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work as a Hybrid employee, with three (3) or more days each week required on-site at one of the listed office locations.

Candidates should be located within a commutable distance to an office. Internal candidates currently aligned to an Orion office location may be given preference; however, internal candidates with varying work arrangements may be considered based on experience and business needs. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Independently manage client onboarding engagements using GuideCX, Smartsheet, or related platforms.
  • Track and monitor onboarding performance metrics such as timeline adherence, task completion, and client satisfaction.
  • Adapt onboarding processes and delivery approaches to meet diverse client needs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and align stakeholders to shared objectives.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and potential issues proactively; escalate and resolve as needed.
  • Lead multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
  • Receive and analyze client feedback to recommend process improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering skill development and collaboration

We’re looking for talent who:

  • Has a Bachelor’s degree, Project Management Professional certification, or equivalent certification as preferred
  • Has a minimum of three (3) years of project management experience as required
  • Has a minimum of two (2) years leading client-facing projects as required
  • Has a minimum of two (2) years of experience with Orion or an affiliated platform technology as preferred
  • Has prior experience managing complex onboarding engagements
  • Has advanced project management and organizational skills, including strategic task and project execution
  • Has strong client-facing and relationship management abilities; anticipates client needs and manages expectations
  • Has risk identification, mitigation, and proactive problem-solving experience
  • Has stakeholder coordination and cross-team collaboration experience
  • Has adaptability and agility in handling complex, multi-stream onboarding projects
  • Has mentorship and coaching skills to elevate team capability
  • Has data-driven decision-making experience using onboarding metrics and tools
  • Has conflict resolution and facilitation experience in collaborative environments
  • Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and works effectively with people at all levels in an organization

$23.57 - $34.20

The pay listed in this posting indicates the estimated pay at the time of this posting; however, may vary depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
