About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reporting and Data Analyst to join the Member Services team. This role sits within the Data & Finance function and plays a key part in supporting the accurate administration and reporting of Funds at Lloyd’s (FAL). You will be responsible for delivering high-quality data, reporting, and analysis to ensure effective oversight, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making. This is a strong opportunity for someone who thrives in a controlled, data-driven environment and is motivated to improve processes and reporting quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and timely regulatory, operational, and management reporting
- Maintain robust reporting processes, controls, and reconciliations
- Support FAL valuations, corridor testing, and asset reporting activities
- Investigate and resolve data and reporting issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor data quality and escalate risks or control concerns where required
- Produce insightful analysis to support decision-making, audits, and queries
- Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and operational efficiency
Key Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical capability with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced Excel and data handling skills
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver to deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Proven problem-solving and process improvement ability
- Experience:
- Analysing, reconciling, and reporting complex data
- Working in a regulated or controlled environment
- Supporting audits, controls, or issue resolution
- Driving improvements in reporting or data processes (desirable)
- Knowledge:
- Financial reporting, governance, reconciliations, and controls
- Data quality management and risk-based oversight
- Understanding of Lloyd’s processes and FAL reporting (desirable)
