Reporting and Documentation Specialist

Digitain is looking for an experienced, qualified, and passionate Reporting and Documentation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution, in alignment with company policies and procedures
• Utilize Jira software to track, update, and manage contracts and handover acts, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations
• Compile and verify handover acceptance documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, legal and finance departments, and external partners to facilitate timely contract review, approval, and execution
• Organize the contract signing process, including the collection of digital and physical signatures, ensuring timely completion
• Maintain a structured system for contract storage, organization, and retrieval
• Monitor contract timelines, milestones, and expirations, proactively managing renewals and amendments
• Assist with ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from marketing leadership and other stakeholders
• Support periodic physical inventory checks and cycle counts, compiling reports as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of write-offs in the 1C system
• Verify supporting documentation before executing write-offs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, finance, or a related field
• Experience in contract process management, legal operations, or administrative processes
• Proficiency in Jira software for workflow and process management is a plus
• Fluency in Armenian and English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Prior experience with 1C software is a plus
