Digitain is looking for a self-motivated, passionate, and detail oriented professional to fill the vacancy of the Business Process Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Development and classification of a business process map
- Development and implementation of business standards and processes
- Documenting processes
- Development of processes, rollout plans, control of implementation
- Ensuring the continuous improvement of Business processes
- Preparation and presentation of video clips and other auxiliary material related to the standards and processes developed
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and other software
- Fluent in Armenian and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001 is preferred
- Knowledge of Process Management principles
- Process development skills
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to prioritize the issue resolution
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Drafting and report writing skills
- Ability to analyze and assess business needs and to come up with rollout plans
- Writing and presentation skills
