Join our Finance Team as a Reporting and Analysis Manager located in our Miramar, FL office.

This role will be based in our Miramar office, on in-office basis. In-office presence is required for day-to-day operations, as well as for team meetings, training opportunities, and relationship building. This role reports to the Co-Chief Financial Officer.
Position Summary
The Reporting and Analysis Manager will report directly to and work closely in conjunction with the CFO to help define reporting content, structures and designs. The Reporting and Analysis Manager will subsequently build and lead a best-in-class team.
Key Responsibilities
Manages the process of developing new technology driven reporting tailored to stakeholder needs from the ground up.
Drives continuous improvement in the finance function by enhancing the information and insights used by stakeholders for decision making.
Supports and collaborates with senior stakeholders from across the business, both locally and overseas, with a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness.
Responds to ad hoc information requirements and identifies errors, trends, and gaps.
Monitors and interprets portfolio to identify business opportunities, leading indicators of risks.
Works with BI teams to enable data architecture and solutions that are best meeting analytics and reporting needs of the department.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
Demonstrated ability to work well, be influential and communicate effectively with senior leadership and staff, including presenting ideas and numbers in a clear, succinct manner.
Ability to proactively identify change opportunities and lead change efforts.
Successful process mapping, project management, and change management skills.
Position also requires the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines, adapt to a fast-paced high pressure environment to achieve business goals and objectives.
Provide outstanding client service, meet high quality standards for services and meet or exceed client expectations. Proactive in seeking innovative ways in which to help others.
Education & Prior Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, or related quantitative discipline or equivalent experience is preferred.
7+ years of relevant professional experience required.
Understanding of accounting concepts and principles.
Technology
Experience with database and reporting tools including Power BI.
Expertise with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
