The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $102,750-$150,700 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:
- Partner with business workstreams—including Customer Project Realization (CPR) and Quality Management (QM)—to gather, analyze, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements.
- Act as the liaison between regional leadership, business stakeholders, and SAP/ERP development teams to design and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Dive into financial and operational data to validate requirements, identify gaps, and support decision-making.
- Support ERP transformation activities, including testing phases (UAT, SIT, DITL), issue resolution, and template alignment.
- Build strong relationships with regional leaders and help drive solutions by translating data insights into business recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions, maintain visibility into deliverables, and escalate risks or blockers when needed.
- Manage the intake, tracking, and communication of reporting requests across multiple regions and time zones.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years in financial analysis, data analysis, business analytics, project management or a similar role (finance background strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig into complex data sets and translate findings into clear insights.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization; comfortable navigating different stakeholders and business cultures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements and limited information—you adapt quickly and stay solution-oriented.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities; you can explain technical or data-heavy concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with reporting/analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office (AfO), Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools.
- ERP implementation exposure preferred, especially SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle.
- A proactive, self-driven working style—comfortable managing work independently and partnering with global teams, especially in Europe.
- Participate in global meetings; travel to Europe 1–3 times per year for project alignment and workshops.
