- Manages day-to-day results reporting and visualization through research and analysis of data
- Works closely with management to set, measure and help accomplish team and departmental goals/vision
- Creates and maintains Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards/reports to help the department measure effectiveness
- Documents department/business critical reports
- Builds rapport with department managers, stake holders, and users
- Leads meetings/presentation and be able to provide insight of company and departmental statistics/KPIs
- Reviews data quality, provide guidance and controls to upstream data providers and sources
- Leads meetings and provides campaign specific insights and statistics
- Applies continuous improvement techniques and methods to internal processes and systems to increase efficiency and customer service, and to reduce costs.
- Reviews and ensures the security, integrity and validity to all data and reports
- Maintain up to date knowledge of emerging technologies/next generation platforms and recommend solutions that drive innovation and business value
