ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting & Analysis
- Develop and maintain recurring client-facing reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Consolidate and analyze data from multiple reporting sources and systems.
- Use Excel to manipulate and validate data, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, filters, and basic data analysis.
- Identify trends, discrepancies, and insights within reporting data and translate findings into meaningful business stories.
- Create polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate key metrics, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, consistent, and delivered according to established deadlines.
- Manage multiple reporting requests and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Training & Materials
- Develop training decks, Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), and other supporting materials related to reporting, systems, and established processes.
- Translate detailed or complex information into clear, easy-to-understand training materials.
- Deliver training to internal teams and stakeholders on reporting requirements, tools, and established processes.
- Facilitate virtual and/or in-person training sessions as needed.
- Tailor training materials and delivery approach to different audiences and levels of understanding.
- Support teams following training by answering questions and providing clarification as needed.
- Keep training materials and QRGs current as reporting requirements, systems, or processes evolve.
- Collaboration & Client Support
- Partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

- Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF statements, filtering, sorting, and basic data validation.
- Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished, professional, client-facing presentations.
- Ability to interpret data and communicate the “so what” behind the numbers.
- Experience creating training presentations, QRGs, or other instructional materials.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly to different audiences.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
