A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Reports Analyst within the Workforce Management team, you will play a vital role in transforming operational data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. Your work will directly support workforce planning functions such as forecasting, scheduling, and real-time management by ensuring accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality reports and dashboards that enhance visibility into performance metrics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced BPO environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about improving processes through automation and analytics.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering staffing, service levels, adherence, and other operational metrics
  • Analyze trends and identify variances in key performance indicators to provide actionable insights
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports and data outputs
  • Collaborate with Workforce Management and Operations teams to understand and deliver reporting requirements
  • Maintain and enhance reporting frameworks to support evolving business needs
  • Automate recurring reports and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools to improve data accessibility and interpretation
  • Support ad hoc reporting requests and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies through validation and reconciliation processes
  • Document reporting processes and maintain clear guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics capabilities
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify reporting needs and present insights in a clear, structured manner

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or Workforce Management-related roles
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookup functions, and formulas
  • Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau is advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex datasets
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from performance data
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting reporting needs in a BPO or contact center environment is preferred
  • Basic understanding of WFM concepts such as staffing, scheduling, and real-time management is an advantage
  • Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving
