As a Reporting Analyst Intern, you will:
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly billing operations by working with large datasets and ensuring high data accuracy.
- Assist in bulk data modifications using SOAP and REST APIs.
- Execute and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform billing and revenue data.
- Use Python (with libraries like Pandas & NumPy) to automate reporting tasks, perform data cleaning & support various data-driven decision-making processes.
- Build & maintain Power BI dashboards to support internal teams monitor key performance indicators.
- Participate in data validation and formatting for recurring & ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Collaborate with team members to gather reporting requirements and improve data workflows, visibility, and usability.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Good foundation in Python, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, and related libraries for data analysis or automation.
- Are familiar with SQL and eager to apply it to real-world data scenarios.
- Interest in tools like Postman, Power BI, Excel/Google Sheets, and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Are detail-oriented, enjoy solving data-related problems, and have a passion for learning.
- Strong communication skills and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with SaaS billing systems like Zuora.
- Exposure to data automation and ETL workflows using Python.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and automated integration tasks.
- Knowledge of financial or billing-related reporting concepts.

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
