Under the general direction of the Business Intelligence Data Analyst Manager - Corporate Intelligence, responsible for partnering with the lines of business to support their reporting, analytical and informational needs. Understand general Database concepts that impact the reporting and dataset creation. Responsibilities include working directly with colleagues in the business lines to determine requirements, create approved solutions including reports, data analysis, data quality assurance, etc and maintain ongoing support for those solutions. Additional responsibilities include working with the Corporate Intelligence infrastructure team of Business Intelligence Developers for obtaining required information needs and following the standards and procedures of the Corporate Intelligence department as a whole.
In addition to the above, expected to recommend and justify information solutions to all levels of colleagues including senior executives. Additionally, go beyond basic report creation and delivery with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and information to determine meaningful insights and professionally communicate those insights to our business partners.

As a Reporting Analyst II, you will:
- Evaluate business applications, processes and problems with the end goal of developing strategies and solutions that add value to the business line. Position requires understanding of the data sources with use of data mining, data collection, data mapping and data ownership. Includes technical development of stored procedures and data sets in SQL, developing reports and dashboards following departmental standards and presenting information solution to business users.
- Interface with business line to determine and create optimal data visualization and reporting metrics for assigned work. Document business requirements and process workflow diagrams.
- Partner with Corporate Intelligence infrastructure team to provide requirements for data models and automations to continuously improve the self service business intelligence approach.
- Discover and communicate meaningful insights in the data and communicate with the line of business users.
- Develop and present business intelligence insights using variety of tools including Power Point, Tableau, Cognos, etc.
- Assess impact of larger bank projects on existing Corporate Intelligence outputs by reviewing third party system specifications or requirements changes. Create, execute, document test cases for data projects to include data validation to business line application screens and data structures.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Business or Computer Science. Required
Experience
- 2-4 years Experience working in a BA or reporting analyst type role. Required
