  • Identify, understand and document data issues in Holman databases when they arise in project work and work with our partners on the Information Management team to research, test, and resolve them.

  • Identify and collaborate with subject matter experts and resources for cross-department projects such as driver safety dashboards and Holman supply chain logistics automated reports.

  • Lead and collaborate on several high-visibility projects simultaneously, including scoping deliverables, designing custom interactive solutions, tracking work effort and project metadata, and establishing a timeline for project completion.

  • Use advanced analytic and quantitative tools, modeling techniques, and data mining procedures as needed, sometimes taking on new technology or skills as project challenges advance.

  • Develop communication that clearly describes tools and methodologies to promote understanding among user groups.

  • Partner with training lead, Holman U, and others on user training content for your projects.

  • Seek opportunities for innovations and enhancements to existing processes and tools to benefit clients and critical stakeholders.
