Job Description

The Report Developer/Analyst will have strong Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL skills along with familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and Snowflake environments to assist with requirements gathering and development of internal and external facing reporting.

In this role, you will:

  • As part of a team, analyze data, determine additional requirements, and develop new reporting in consultation with Business Leaders
  • Document requirements and obtain the appropriate approvals.
  • Perform testing and deployment activities.
  • Work with the QA group as they perform system integration testing (as needed).
  • Attend a variety of meetings with stakeholders of various levels and provide thought leadership.
  • Serve as a Representative of EVERSANA in the context of Data and Reporting discussions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results. These results are achieved by:

  • Gaining a clear understanding of the details of existing reports.
  • Performing analysis to determine if all data required by the reports is available within our Enterprise Data Warehouse or other sources.
  • Collaborate with identify or build supplements to existing views.
  • Engage with the Reporting Team to leverage existing knowledge and provide new insights.
  • Working with a variety of stakeholders to determine data requirements needed for development.
  • Create and/or update existing report documentation as needed.
  • Develop Tableau, PowerBI, Data Feeds, or any other required reporting.
  • Perform detailed unit testing and work with the QA team to answer questions that may arise during their testing.
  • All other duties as assigned

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, other technical degree, or 5 years of relevant practical experience. 
  • 4 years of relevant work experience in a client facing role. 
  • Ability to think holistically as well as going into details. 
  • Ability to use effective facilitation skills to elicit requirements from a range of stakeholders.
  • 3+ years of experience in
    • PBM or Pharmacy Claim Reporting & Analytics
    • Tableau / Power BI 
    • SQL
    • Snowflake

Qualifications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Project Management
  •  Data Architecture Experience
  •  Experience with Patient Services Reporting and Analytics supporting large pharma clients.

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
