Savan is looking for an entry-level Report Developer with a foundational understanding of Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to learn and grow in transforming complex data into insightful, visually compelling reports.
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau.
- Collaborate with senior developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting thorough testing and validation under supervision.
- Optimize report performance and troubleshoot any issues with guidance from senior team members.
- Provide basic end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of professional experience
- Basic understanding of Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. Government Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience, relevant coursework or certification in Oracle OAS/OBIEE or Tableau.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
