This position is responsible for leading the end-to-end report development process and gathering requirements to deploy complex reports to internal and external stakeholders. This role will play a pivotal role in defining report metrics, mentoring junior developers, and providing actionable insights from data analysis.

- Lead the end-to-end development process, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Design and develop complex reports and interactive dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define report metrics.
- Optimize and tune SQL queries for efficient data retrieval.
- Mentor and guide junior report developers, providing technical expertise.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Implements automation solutions for report delivery and distribution.
- Provide well-written final requirements documentation to serve as a reliable knowledge resource.
- May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasional business travel may be required.
We are excited to speak with individuals with the following...
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Five (5) plus years of experience in report development, data analysis, or related roles.
- Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database performance optimization.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong skills with data languages like R or Python a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working to drive change using data in a data-driven organization.
- Experience with database architecting and/or analysis.
Salary: $62,500-$92,800/Year
