The compensation target range for this role is:

This position objective will be to supervise and support all aspects of Put Away/Replenishment material handling all areas in the warehouse for raw materials and finished goods. Put Away/Replenishment Supervisor is responsible to make sure product is moved quickly and systematically when available from any location in the warehouse to its required destination. Strong Communication skills is key to properly respond and coordinate product moves as needed, always following Lean Purple standards. Put Away/Replenishment Supervisor will manage and coordinate staff at the Purple-McDonough, GA facility to move all product efficiently and effectively to and from the designated warehouse locations and work closely with other supervisors in the warehouse such as: Receiving, Inventory, Fulfilment, Kitting and Production areas in the development of lean efficient warehouse practices.This position is Monday-Wednesday from 7:00a-7:30pmJob Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitoring and supervising activities of Put Away/Replenishment team in warehouse by maintaining close communication with Warehouse Manager on all areas of assigning, scheduling, performance, attendance, and efficiencies needed for all aspects of Put Away and Replenishment of raw materials or finished goods in the Purple-McDonough, GA warehouse.
Skills needed to coach, guide, assign tasks, and discipline employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending immediate actions or changes needed by the business; adhering to all Safety, HR and Warehouse Policies and Procedures.
Supervises the timely Put Away or Replenishment needs of materials to specified warehouse, production and fulfilment locations.
Supervises employees for proper use of equipment and Purple facility.
Maintains Warehouse area clean and uncluttered by organizing floor space; adhering to lean design principles, keeping a clean environment and recommends improvements as needed.
Supports inventory team to conduct physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting and troubleshooting product data and monitoring shortages or damaged product in the specific warehouse locations.
Supervises Put Away/Replen teams in all aspects of safety with daily evaluation of equipment and processes for proper lean material handling processes.
Keeps equipment operating properly by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; closely communicates with warehouse manager for updates and changes in the warehouse storage areas.
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
