As the parent company of industry-leading brands including Stealth Cam, Walker's, Muddy, Hawk, Big Bite Baits, Bill Lewis, Cuda, Boss Buck, Birchwood Casey, TRUGLO, and more, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer experiences.

We're looking for a Replenishment & Forecast Manager / POS Analyst to join our Walmart team in Bentonville. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the primary liaison between GSM and Walmart's replenishment organization, ensuring inventory is positioned to maximize sales, maintain exceptional in-stock performance, and support a best-in-class customer experience.

If you enjoy turning data into strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams, and influencing inventory decisions for one of the world's largest retailers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As the Replenishment & Forecast Manager, you'll own the item-level forecasting and replenishment strategy for Walmart's Sporting Goods business while delivering actionable insights through POS analytics.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and maintain item-level demand forecasts, ensuring alignment between GSM planning systems and Walmart forecasting.
  • Partner directly with Walmart Replenishment Managers to optimize inventory, improve in-stock performance, and maintain strong customer fill rates.
  • Analyze POS, inventory, and replenishment data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations and action plans to address inventory gaps, replenishment challenges, and forecast variances.
  • Monitor new product launches, promotional events, and store distribution changes, proactively adjusting forecasts as business conditions evolve.
  • Prepare and deliver recurring POS reports, scorecards, and business performance insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Create ad hoc reporting and analysis supporting Walmart and Canadian Tire business needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
  • Become a subject matter expert in GSM's Business Intelligence platform to support inventory visibility and decision-making.
  • Support customer order management activities that drive key operational metrics including Fill Rate, In-Stock performance, and OTIF (On Time In Full).
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve replenishment processes, reporting, and inventory management best practices.

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Replenishment, Forecasting, or Inventory Management.
  • Proven experience supporting Walmart from the supplier/vendor side.
  • Extensive experience using Walmart's replenishment tools, including Scintilla and Retail Link.
  • Experience managing large SKU portfolios (500+ SKUs preferred), ideally within seasonal or consumer products categories.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis. Experience with macros is a plus.
  • Experience with business intelligence, forecasting, and order management systems such as BI, NOVA, Retail Link, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage both internal stakeholders and customer partners.

Success in This Role

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends quickly.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for opportunities to improve processes.
  • Able to build trusted relationships with both internal teams and Walmart partners.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
