The Replenishment Associate plays a critical role within Replenishment as a strategic partner to the Demand Forecasters and Buying and Planning teams. They are responsible for managing receipt flow and inventory to meet customer demand while supporting financial goals. Replenishment Associates are expected to drive results by proactively managing in-stock performance, mitigating inventory risk, and collaborating cross-functionally.

A Day in the Life…
Collaborate with Demand Forecaster and Merchant partners to create accurate inventory and receipt plans that align with customer demand, merchandise strategy, and financial goals.
Drive pre-season planning by providing data-driven recommendations, scenario planning, and actionable strategies.
Own and manage replenishment item performance; Maintain accurate item-level plans and communicate risks, opportunities, and insights to stakeholders.
Proactively identify and address gaps in assortment and inventory health, recommending opportunities.
Lead open-to-buy management through data-driven decisions by sharing receipt spend and flow with stakeholders to ensure financial alignment.
Partner with suppliers to understand capabilities, trends, and opportunities, and build strong vendor relationships.
Participate in key merchandising meetings (e.g., strategy reviews, style outs) to share Replenishment insights and recommendations.
You Own This If You Have…
2+ years of experience in retail merchandise planning, inventory management, or related field.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on outcomes and solutions. Statistics proficiency preferred.
Experience managing high-SKU, high-revenue, and/or seasonal categories.
Demonstrated ability to influence across teams using data and insights.
A customer-first mindset and a strong understanding of the retail environment.
Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with cross-functional and external partners.
Led strategic supplier negotiations and cultivated long-term partnerships.
A growth mindset, embracing change and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Planning, and Forecasting tools; adaptability to new tools and processes.
