Replenishment Analyst
The Replenishment Analyst supports the replenishment team by helping ensure optimal inventory levels across distribution centers and stores. This role is essential in managing planogram-based replenishment, supporting item placement and store execution, and coordinating with the field team to forecast fixture and supply replenishment needs for resets, store readiness, and ongoing operational execution. The Replenishment Analyst collaborates closely with internal team members, including category buyers, field teams, space planning/planogram partners, distribution center management, store operations, and external vendors to support continuous improvement in inventory management, planogram performance, and supply availability.
An ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and hands-on experience supporting planogram replenishment in a fast-paced retail or wholesale environment. They should be comfortable using data analysis, replenishment systems, and supply chain tools, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving inventory issues tied to item placement, demand patterns, store capacity, and planogram changes. A successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support replenishment strategies based on trend analysis, planogram requirements, store capacity, store shrink considerations, and item-level demand to optimize inventory levels, sales, gross margin, and on-shelf availability.
- Support replenishment activities by analyzing planogram requirements, forecasting needs, and inventory execution to improve item availability and store presentation.
- Analyze inventory data and maintain replenishment parameters to meet inventory goals, distribution center fill rate/service level targets, and store presentation expectations.
- Partner with category buyers, space planning/planogram teams, field operations, and distribution center teams to support new item launches, resets, discontinuations, seasonal transitions, and assortment changes.
- Coordinate with the field team to forecast fixture and supply needs that support store resets, planogram updates, field execution, and ongoing store operational needs.
- Monitor fixture and supply inventory levels, usage trends, field execution calendars, and replenishment timelines to help prevent execution delays and support store readiness.
- Coordinate promotional product orders and allocations based on sales projections, inventory levels, planogram placement, and store-level capacity.
- Apply supply chain and replenishment practices to enhance sales and inventory effectiveness across categories, customers, stores, and planogram sets.
- Identify opportunities to improve replenishment practices and support process improvements related to planogram changes, item transitions, and shelf inventory accuracy.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and compliance, ensuring strict adherence to company standards and timely product availability to support planogram execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with leadership and internal and external stakeholders regarding replenishment risks, planogram readiness, and inventory opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional partners in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on replenishment, item-level, and planogram-related data.
- Strong understanding of planogram replenishment, store-level inventory flow, item placement, shelf capacity, store shrink impacts, resets, new item launches, and discontinued item transitions.
- Working knowledge of fixture and supply replenishment processes, including inventory tracking, forecasting with field partners, store readiness support, reset execution needs, and vendor or distribution coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with category, space planning, operations, distribution, vendor, store support, and leadership partners.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Excel (advanced) and other Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with ERP systems, replenishment systems, planogram tools, and analytics platforms.
- Understanding and application of supply chain management, forecasting, and replenishment principles.

- Experience coordinating with field teams to forecast fixture and supply replenishment needs that support planogram resets, merchandising updates, store readiness, and field execution.
- Experience supporting direct import replenishment, forecasting, and inventory strategies tied to planogram execution and store-level demand.
- Experience and proficiency in technical, ERP, replenishment, analytics, and planogram-related systems; preferred knowledge and skill with Oracle, NetSuite, NetStock, Movista, Open Sesame, or similar systems.
- Experience and proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft365 including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and web browsers like Google Chrome.
