- Lead a team of people to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements agreed and expected by the client.
- Analyze, plan and organize the different works, through an appropriate distribution of tasks among the team members, with the aim of achieving greater efficiency, alignment of work and optimization of both technical and human resources available to the company.
- Supervise that the work activity is being carried out in compliance with the safety, quality, environmental and maintenance criteria established and set by the legislation, the client or the company.
- Participate in the design and manufacture of the test benches and tools necessary for the proper performance of the work, in coordination with the support and engineering department.
- Evaluate and validate the tools and equipment needed for the workshop, performing proper maintenance of them as well as the installation.
- Segregate and manage the waste generated by the facility correctly, following the protocols and procedures established by current legislation.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety department in transmitting all the information necessary for the assessment of risks to health and safety at work and other risks to the management system within its area of operation.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical, electronic and hydraulic.
- Knowledge of different technologies in the renewable energy sector.
- Intermediate level of office software.
