Production Planning: Translate the weekly supply plan into a daily repacking schedule; prioritize orders to maximize machine utilization and minimize changeover time.
Team Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of daily operators; manage shift schedules, attendance, and performance to meet output targets.
Process Efficiency: Monitor the "Yield Loss" of products and packaging materials; implement initiatives to reduce waste during the repacking process.
Machine Maintenance: coordinate with the Engineering team for preventive maintenance of packing machines (e.g., auto-packing, sealing, labeling machines) to prevent downtime.
Quality Compliance: Ensure all repacked goods carry correct labeling (lot number, expiry date) and that the packing area meets GMP/cleanroom standards.
Inventory Control: Reconcile stock of finished goods and packaging materials daily; report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
