Our Repackers make $20.19 per hour
Evaluate damaged product for disposition (repack for sale, salvage, dump)Repack damaged product determined to be saleable.
Record proper information on repackaged product (lot #, date, etc.) whether for sale or salvage.
Properly record all dumped product.
Assist with tracking of dated products to minimize product lost due to date issues.
Keep work area clean and organized.
Other duties as assigned.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma/GED
Related Experience/Requirements:
Warehouse experience/foodservice product & processes knowledge preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
Ability to work independently.
Safely operate electric pallet jack.
Good communication skills – written and oral.
Working knowledge of Excel.
Willing and able to work weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.
Must be dependable.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is $20.19.
As applicable this role may also receive overtime compensation.
