JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Repack Specialist to manage and enhance Unilever’s repack operations across nine Balkan markets — Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Albania, Kosovo*, and North Macedonia.

This role oversees collaboration with our third‑party repack partner at the central Balkan warehouse, ensuring quality, speed, compliance, and cost efficiency. You’ll simplify repack processes, improve regional coordination, and help deliver faster, smarter service to customers across the region. You’ll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

Because here, we don’t just hire for jobs. We invite you to be part of something bigger.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regional Oversight & Vendor Management:
Manage daily repack operations across all Balkan markets through the central warehouse and third‑party partner. Monitor KPIs, uphold service levels, lead performance reviews, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization & Compliance:
Simplify repack formats and workflows, streamline regulatory sticker clustering, and minimize unnecessary SKU variations. Ensure full compliance with Unilever standards, customs procedures, food safety, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Quality & Traceability:
Investigate quality deviations, implement corrective actions, maintain documentation, and ensure complete traceability for all repack batches.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Planning, Warehouse, Customer Service, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to manage priorities, handle urgent requests, and maintain clear communication across functions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Transformation:
Lead initiatives to boost productivity, reduce waste, optimize costs, and support digitalization and automation projects. Provide backup support for logistics and customs when required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG operations, ideally with regional scope or vendor management
  • Strong knowledge of packaging, labeling, and product handling standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Experience working with ERP/WMS systems and data reporting tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements across Balkan markets
  • Fluency in a Balkan language is an advantage
