About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Rent Contract Manager to lead the centralized management of rent contracts across all countries. This role will be responsible for building, managing, and further automating the end-to-end process —from contract intake to IFRS 16 reporting. This role will act as the single point of contact for all rent-related matters.​

A candidate with the right skill set and mindset will beable to progress this initiative rapidly, unlocking opportunities to extend automation and centralization to other finance and operational processes.

Responsabilities

Contract Management​

  • Maintain and update a centralized database of all rent contracts.​
  • Monitor contract lifecycle, including renewals, terminations, and amendments.​

IFRS 16 Compliance​

  • Oversee lease accounting treatment in Tagetik/D365​.
  • Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and disclosures.​

System Integration​

  • Work with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between Tagetik and D365.​
  • Support automation and reporting enhancements.​

Stakeholder Collaboration​

  • Liaise with local finance, legal, and operations teams.​
  • Act as the central point of contact for all rent contracts​.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.​
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract management or lease accounting.​
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles.​
  • Experience with Tagetik and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is highly desirable.​
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.​
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.​
  • Comfortable working with translation tools, coordinating legal reviews and Power BI.​
