You'll lead end-to-end commercial renewal motions and contract modernizations for a designated book of accounts, aligning subscription commitments with client usage to drive long-term retention. Drawing on your commercial expertise and analytical background, you'll manage proactive orchestration ahead of renewal dates, streamline quote-to-cash workflows, and build scalable playbooks that power an expanding operational function.
This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
What you'll do- Own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a designated book of accounts, managing usage analysis, quote creation, approvals, and order form execution.
- Lead commercial conversations with customers to guide contract modernizations, aligning subscription terms with platform usage and business requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to streamline renewal workflows, maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, and ensure seamless customer handoffs.
- Leverage internal quote-to-cash systems and automation tools to efficiently manage active renewal cycles across both high-touch and scaled client segments.
- Maintain clean pipeline forecasting, system hygiene, and compliance across internal tools such as Salesforce and Ironclad.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of renewal playbooks, best practices, and operational processes as the function expands.
- You have at least 4+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, commercial sales, or revenue operations, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end contract negotiations.
- You are commercially minded and analytical, adept at evaluating usage data and metrics to structure mutually beneficial renewal agreements.
- You are comfortable managing a dynamic book of renewals, balancing high-touch commercial discussions with streamlined, process-driven workflows.

Total Rewards & BenefitsThe annual base salary for this position is between $102,400 - $129,600, with a bonus of between $25,600 - $32,400, representing a 80/20 compensation split. Eligibility for the commission portion is performance-based and subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics, which are governed by Everlaw's policies and incentive plans. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The role's compensation is subject to change in the future.
