As we lead the charge into the AI age, we need a Renewal Specialist who is more than an administrator—we need a high-stakes negotiator and a cross-functional orchestrator.
The Role: Not Your Average Renewals DeskWe are looking for a rounded Renewals Professional, with a background in B2B Account and Renewal Management. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a global portfolio. This requires a unique blend of "soft skills" to navigate partner relationships and a commanding presence to drive internal alignment across Sales, Customer Success and Operations. You’ll be the person who ensures our recurring revenue is bulletproof while navigating a high-velocity environment where change is the only constant.
Why Join Saviynt?
Work with cutting-edge technology in the identity governance space.
Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company with global reach.
Enjoy a collaborative culture focused on growth, integrity, and customer success.
Competitive compensation, bonus, and benefits.
What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success:
- Drive your Portfolio: Manage the full renewal cycle. You aren't just sending quotes; you are managing a full portfolio of renewals on a rolling 365 day+ cycle. Fully accountable for Renewal Readiness, engaging customers, partners and internal account teams to navigate terms, identify risk, handle objections, and lock in commitments.
- Internal Orchestration: You are the connective tissue between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. You need the strength of character to drive cross-functional consensus, manage Account Executive (AE) expectations, and keep all stakeholders moving toward the finish line.
- Hunt for Growth: Identify upsell, cross-sell, and co-terming opportunities as a strategic imperative. You know how to turn a standard renewal into a fully qualified strategic expansion lead.
- Own the Forecast: Maintain "source of truth" data in Salesforce. You’ll flag churn risks early and provide leadership with a crystal-clear view of the pipeline. Short, medium and long term.
- Navigate Complexity: Negotiate with sophisticated enterprise customers and partners, ensuring compliance with pricing guidelines and contractual obligations.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Account Management Pedigree: 3–4 years+ of experience in SaaS renewals or AM. (Note: We are specifically seeking AM/Renewals backgrounds; BDR/SDR or pure CSM experience will not be considered for this role).
- Negotiation Chops: You are comfortable talking money, navigating procurement hurdles, and influencing decision-makers.
- Operational Grit: You thrive in the "fast-and-furious" stage of a company. You are detail-oriented, organized, and unbothered by shifting priorities. Disciplined in following and helping evolve established operational practice.
- Collaborative Experience and Mindset: Comfortable working with high-performing, multifunctional account teams to arrive at the best commercial position for Savyint and our Customers and drive that through to execution
- Tech Stack Mastery: Pro-level experience with Salesforce and CPQ tools. You know how to use data to tell a story.
