We are looking for a Renewals Operations Manager to join our Renewals sales teams.

About You — experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in renewals, sales operations, customer success, account management, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and achieving sales, renewal, retention, or revenue targets.
  • Experience creating, updating, and analyzing reports related to subscription activity, contract status, renewal performance, or sales metrics.
  • Experience providing accurate forecasts, updates, and insights on renewal opportunities to leadership or senior stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, sales tools, and technologies used to support sales or renewal processes.

What will you be doing in this role?
  • Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, understand specific needs, and provide advanced support throughout the renewal process.
  • Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and support renewal sales.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to support satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, renewal performance, and key metrics.
  • Continuously build knowledge of Clarivate’s product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness.
  • Drive achievement of sales and renewal targets.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.
Hours of Work

This is a full-time, permanent position, primarily working core business hours in the UK, with flexibility to collaborate with global stakeholders as needed.

This is a hybrid position based in our London office, working in the office up to 3 days a week.
