Job Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to identify renewal opportunities, address their specific needs, and provide advanced support.
Leverage in-depth product knowledge to highlight value-added solutions that meet customer needs and drive renewal sales.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers through strategic communication and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide renewal sales planning and contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies.
Create, update, and analyze detailed reports on subscription activities, contract status, and renewal performance metrics.
Continuously enhance knowledge about product offerings and market trends to improve renewal sales effectiveness.
Drive the achievement of sales and renewal targets.
Provide regular updates and insights on renewal opportunities and deliver accurate forecasts to leadership.
Utilize and optimize all sales tools and technologies to enhance sales processes and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
5 Years of Relevant Experience with a proven track record in managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets
