BPOD latam is looking for a person to support the team as Renewal Sales Specialist in Argentina.

Mission:

The Renewal Sales Specialist will be key to maintaining recurring revenue, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely renewal of licenses, subscriptions, and service contracts, negotiating favorable terms and conditions;
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns, and anticipate potential issues;
  • Identify risks of churn (customer loss) and propose proactive solutions to enhance the customer experience;
  • Understands customers’ business and solutions requirements;
  • Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities during renewal negotiations;
  •  Work closely with sales and technical support teams to ensure a smooth renewal process.
  • Use CRM tools to monitor renewal progress, update records, and generate key reports on retention and performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in technology related sales.
  •  Proven history working with vendors, wholesalers, partners and end users within technology industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate of completion of studiesc
  • English Level is required.
