Key responsibilities:
- Help bring Veo’s customers to value by driving personalised interactions at scale
- Ensure seamless processes for our Adoption & Engagement Specialists
- Evaluate automation performance and identify places for improvement
- Run experiments across different phases in the customer lifecycle
- Ensure localisation across 9 languages
- Combine data sources to create personalized customer engagement
- Maintain current automations
- Project management of cross-department tasks and projects
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with ActiveCampaign or similar marketing automation tools
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Flair for data, and how data is stitched together - this will help you in personalized communication and segment creation
- Understanding and interest in designing and delivering superior customer experiences
- Prior experience with Zapier and Segment
