A key success criterion for a successful SaaS software company is customer satisfaction, which drives renewals year over year. The Renewal Team at Stibo Systems plays a vital role in our continued global growth and success.

This Renewal Manager role will support customers primarily across North America and LATAM, partnering closely with regional Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure strong renewal performance, retention, and expansion across these markets.

This is the role and main tasks

The key objectives for a Renewal Manager revolve around ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing revenue through contract renewals, and minimizing churn. A Renewal Manager contributes to the overall success of Stibo Systems by maintaining and growing the customer base while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the renewal process.

More specifically, you will:

  • Contract Management: Review and understand existing software contracts.

  • Renewal Planning: Ensure we have a renewal opportunity and renewal quote in place.

  • Monitoring: Keep track of renewal dates and terms.

  • Forecasting: Identify potential risks and opportunities in the renewal pipeline across NA and LATAM.

  • Pricing: Collaborate with AMs, Sales Leaders, Finance, and Legal to determine renewal pricing.

  • Negotiations: Negotiate renewal terms and conditions with customers.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to present relevant new products and solutions for upsell and cross-sell.

  • Prepare and send renewal proposals and contracts to customers (in alignment with AM).

  • Continuously improve and optimize the renewal process with the team.

  • Generate reports for management to assess renewal success and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention across assigned regions.

This is your Team

You will work with a highly productive global team. We move quickly but adhere to the standards required by the company. We also work to maintain strong relationships among ourselves and our stakeholders—this is a key requirement for the team. If you value productivity and quality, this is your team.

Technologies include
  • Salesforce CRM (Accounts, Contacts, License Opportunities, etc.)

  • Salesforce CPQ (quoting tool)

  • Clari (forecasting tool)

  • Power BI (dashboards and reporting)

Who we are looking for

To ensure we maintain a high global SaaS renewal rate, we are seeking an experienced Renewal Manager with strong account management or sales skills. The ideal candidate can effectively partner with Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Legal, and Finance to ensure successful contract renewals.

You should have experience working with CRM and CPQ tools and be familiar with SaaS software sales in a global environment.

This position is ideally based in Atlanta, GA, but other locations in the U.S and LATAM will be considered.

Moreover, you have:

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and address concerns.

  • Strong negotiation skills to navigate renewal discussions and agreements.

  • Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Strategic mindset to develop and implement effective renewal strategies.

  • Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues that may impact renewals.

  • Understanding of contract terms and conditions.

  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with AMs, Customer Success, and other teams.

  • High level of organization and efficiency to handle multiple renewals simultaneously.

  • Basic technical understanding and familiarity with software solutions (preferably SaaS).

  • Eagerness to keep learning and stay updated on Stibo’s solution offering.

  • Spanish language skills and/or experience working with LATAM markets are a strong advantage
