HeyGen is an in-person company culture, and currently requires its employees to work in-office four days a week with Wednesdays as the designated WFH day.

About the Role:

HeyGen's founding Renewal Manager is part of the Customer Success organization responsible for renewing our long-tail SMB customers from our Sales-led motion. This role requires a self-motivated, proactive individual who can secure renewals, identify risks and opportunities, and drive operational improvements while without extensive resources. This person will be measured on their book of business retention. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of business, identifying risks and opportunities across accounts
  • Primary goal is to secure renewals that are beneficial and aligned with the needs of both HeyGen and its customers
  • Project manage the renewals process through building account strategies, keeping to key timelines, building pricing proposals and ensuring alignment to company objectives
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps and Finance to identify opportunity and risk across accounts
  • Review existing data to determine risk, opportunity and trends in your territory
  • Forecast a healthy and predictable revenue business
  • Develop new retention initiatives 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years closing experience in account management / renewals, preferably high-volume
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets and revenue objectives
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
  • Compelling communicator in writing, presentations, and public speaking
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
