Renewable Energy Solution Manager

Czech Republic, Prague

We are looking for a PV & ESS Solution Manager to support the design of photovoltaic and energy storage solutions for utility-scale projects in the Czech market. This role focuses mainly on technical solution design, presales support, customer communication, and coordination during project delivery.

• Design integrated PV + ESS technical solutions for utility-scale projects

• Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and bidding documentation

• Support customer meetings, workshops, and technical presentations

• Perform feasibility analysis, performance evaluation, and techno-economic assessments

• Provide technical support during commissioning and delivery phases

• Track market trends, standards, and competitor solutions in PV and ESS

• Deliver technical training to partners and internal teams

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience in photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems, power electronics, or related renewable energy sectors

• Good understanding of PV, ESS, PCS, EMS, and grid-connection requirements

• Experience with technical solution design, feasibility analysis, and customer-facing technical support

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Czech language at advanced level; English is an advantage

• Good command of MS Office; experience with simulation/design tools is a plus
