Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Position and sell products/services to new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and offer the best solution
  • Bounce back from challenging calls and stay focused on long-term goals
  • Manage time effectively while engaging with customers and handling data entry
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain relationships

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
  • Must live in North Carolina - in/near Charlotte Metro, Raleigh/Durham metro, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Flexible to work shifts which can include evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Smartphone/device with active network connection
  • Home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload), USB keyboard/mouse/headset/webcam, and 2+ monitors
  • Employee responsible for all setup costs (except where required by law)

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $16.00/Hour - $34.87/Hour
