The Remote Site Management Team Lead will assist the Operations Manager with daily team supervision, oversee manpower and operations, and organize vendor services for clients. They will liaise with the client team and stakeholders, develop detailed site knowledge, and respond to service requests. Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and RSM requirements, they will formulate and measure KPIs and SLAs, create and manage the OPEX budget, ensure billing accuracy, and attend client meetings to address immediate concerns.Job Description
About the Role:
- Assist the Operations Manager with team supervision and oversee daily operations.
- Organize vendor services and liaise with the client team and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed site knowledge and respond to service requests.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the client and RSM requirements, formulating and measuring KPIs and SLAs.
- Create and manage the OPEX budget, ensure billing accuracy, and attend client meetings to address immediate concerns.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in facility management and remote site operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and IT skills for remote communication.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including holidays.
