Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 *based on experience*

Bonus: 10% AIP

Job Summary

This role will lead companywide shared services for the O&M network modeling toolset supporting continuous “Always On” assessment of the supply chain network. They will be the subject matter expert for the O&M network optimization modeling toolset with an expert knowledge of current capabilities as well as being able to develop plans for needed enhancements. The priority will be enabling analysis of complex supply chain solutions through a combination of understanding technical interfaces, modeling algorithms, supply chain experience, and analytical abilities.

Identifies innovative and creative business solutions to meet both internal and external customers’ applications needs.  Educates internal and external customers on how business software applications systems can be leveraged for business value and growth. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and maintain data structures and tools.

  • Designs, develops, tests, and validates workflow and process controls with internal customers

  • Develop and run optimization models (with Lyric software)

  • Define the integration and interface on a fixed and Ad Hoc basis of all the inputs needed to successfully drive the modeling engine in providing analysis.

  • Map data requirements and maintain interface with multiple systems and data warehouses.

  • Facilitates the definition of business process and system requirements for new technology initiatives.

  • Thorough analysis to manage end-to-end supply chain network capacities and capabilities.

  •  Influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization based on data-driven recommendations.

  • Provide analytical support for the Operations teams.

  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships.
     

Qualifying Experience

  • B.A or B.S. or M.S. Degree in Engineering/Operations Research/Supply Chain Management/Business Analytics

  • 3 years of experience creating analysis of supply chain network/footprint optimization with tools is a plus.

  • Experience with tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, SQL Server, Python, Llamasoft is a plus.

  • 10 years’ experience with a combination of: Integrating operations technologies, supply chain operations, business intelligence.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving and critical thinking

  • Highly motivated, curious, and well-organized

  • Ability to manage and summarize data in a clear and concise manner to the target audience

  • Ability to travel ~15% to Distribution Centers and Plants.

  • Must be able to work east coast hours.
