As a Remote French Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide direct support to our diverse customer base, ensuring they receive the best possible assistance in their preferred language.

Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. You will assist customers through phone, email, and chat support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution in both French and English.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
  • Stay current on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements
  • Must be fluent in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
