We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Executive Assistant to support daily administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both Urdu and English and must have a typing speed of at least 75 words per minute.

The Executive Assistant will work closely with management to handle scheduling, emails, documentation, research, follow-ups, and operational support tasks. This role requires professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage emails, messages, and calendar schedules.

  • Prepare documents, reports, meeting notes, and presentations.

  • Handle data entry, typing, formatting, and document organization.

  • Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients or team members.

  • Communicate professionally in both Urdu and English.

  • Assist with online research and information gathering.
