We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew.

We are recruiting Engagement Moderators to support a high-profile live sports streaming project serving German-speaking audiences. This project focuses on real-time engagement moderation during live sports events, ensuring online communities remain engaging, respectful, and aligned with brand standards.

We're looking for Native German-speaking engagement moderators to engage with the sports fans before, during, and after each event. The events last an average of 3 - 5 hours each.  You must have knowledge of the sports being covered and German should be your primary language. This ensures you have local knowledge and are up to date on current sports trends.

Project Hours & Commitment:

  • Project hours are event-driven and vary based on live sports schedules

  • Flexibility is required

  • Weekend and evening availability is required

Orientation Begins:

First week in June 2026

Language:

German (Primary Speaker)

What You Will do:

  • Monitor and moderate live engagement across digital platforms during sports events

  • Respond to audience comments in real time while maintaining brand tone and voice

  • Foster positive, inclusive, and engaging online communities

  • Identify, escalate, and manage inappropriate or policy-violating content

  • Adapt messaging style based on event context, audience sentiment, and brand guidelines

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth live-event coverage

  • Maintain accuracy, speed, and consistency during high-volume engagement periods

What We Are Looking For:

  • Native-level fluency in German (written and reading comprehension required)

  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling

  • Prior experience in social media moderation, community management, or digital engagement

  • Ability to adapt quickly to different brand voices and communication styles

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments

  • Comfortable with client-facing communication

  • Strong interest in sports

  • Knowledge of American football, soccer, and boxing is a plus

  • Experience moderating live sports or entertainment events

Workspace Requirements:

  • A dedicated laptop or desktop

  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM

  • Reliable internet connection
