ModSquad has partnered with a leading music streaming platform to bring the rhythm to millions of users worldwide - and we’re looking for fluent Arabic and English speakers to join our fully remote Customer Support team!

As the first point of contact, you’ll guide users through the beats - helping them with account questions, resolving technical issues, and making sure their experience hits all the right notes. You’ll connect via inbound messaging, supporting users in both Arabic and English with professionalism and heart.

Please note: Qualified applicants will need to complete language assessments in Arabic and English.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Answer customer inquiries via web-based chat messages

  • Troubleshoot app and account issues in real-time

  • Guide users through features to maximize their experience

  • Deliver service that feels personal, responsive, and human

  • Work in both Arabic and English to support a global audience

Who You Are:

  • A natural communicator with a love for music and tech

  • Confident in both Arabic and English (written communication)

  • Experienced in supporting customers via inbound messaging

  • Skilled at juggling multiple conversations (3 - 5 chats at once)

  • Patient, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

  • Committed to delivering memorable service, not just answers

Orientation & Production hours (all hours in Pacific Time)

Orientation: 8 weeks | 40 hrs/week

  • Phase 1 (4 weeks): 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM

  • Phase 2 (4 weeks): Self-scheduled between 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Production (Ongoing):

  • Daily, 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM

  • Self-schedule 25 hours/week minimum

  • 12 hours of those hours must be self-scheduled on Saturday and/or Sunday

  • 180 days (as needed)

What You’ll Need (Workspace Requirements):

  • A dedicated desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or newer

  • 8 GB of RAM or more

  • High-speed internet (25 Mbps or faster)

  • Webcam (used during orientation and team check-ins)

  • Willingness to install ModSquad security software on your computer and mobile phone

  • Dual monitors - highly recommended for multitasking

Please note:  A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.
